Support deployment and implementation of network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless solutions
Configure and maintain network systems across client environments to ensure performance and security
Troubleshoot network issues and resolve incidents across LAN, WAN, and wireless environments
Assist in project delivery including installation, testing, and on-site implementation
Monitor network performance and carry out maintenance, patching, and upgrades
Work with project teams, vendors, and clients to support solution delivery and issue resolution
Maintain network documentation including diagrams, configurations, and technical records
Support network optimisation, capacity planning, and security configurations

Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in IT or related field with at least 1–2 years of experience
knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs) and firewall technologies
Exposure to deployment or support of network infrastructure in enterprise or SI environments
Strong troubleshooting skills with willingness to learn and work in a hands-on role
