Sales Support Executive (up to $4,000 + AWS + PB)
Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively generate and engage leads through outbound outreach, events, and marketing campaigns
- Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for the sales team to drive conversions
- Maintain fast response times to new leads, ideally within 24 to 48 hours
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to support pipeline progression and deal coordination
- Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to obtain quotations where required
- Partner with marketing on campaign messaging and lead generation initiatives
- Follow up consistently to ensure timelines, responses, and deal momentum are maintained
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, SDR, or a client-facing coordination role
- Strong hunter mindset with resilience and comfort in outbound engagement
- Familiarity with tendering processes; experience with GeBIZ is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and time management skills
