Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach production team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Oversee daily production planning including purchasing coordination, inventory control, stock management, and work scheduling.

• Participate in and supervise the production process from raw material preparation to final product completion.

• Monitor and troubleshoot production machinery and ensure proper maintenance and cleaning.

• Manage the manufacturing workflow from material purchase, withdrawal, issuance, and handover to warehouse.

• Maintain and update records within internal systems and ensure production data accuracy.

• Maintain ISO documentation and support internal and external audit processes.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure production activities run according to schedule.

Requirements

• Diploma qualification; Engineering, Chemical, or Chemistry background will be an advantage.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Good communication skills with the ability to train and guide team members.

• Computer literate and able to work independently with a hands-on approach.
