Lead financial control, reporting, and compliance across APAC, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contractual and governance requirements
Drive business partnering with operations leaders to improve financial performance, cost control, and decision-making
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, including risk identification and performance tracking
Manage client-facing financial reporting, including monthly reviews, forecasts, and KPI performance
Ensure contract compliance, audit readiness, and adherence to financial governance standards
Develop financial insights, reporting tools, and performance dashboards to support business outcomes
Lead and develop the regional finance team, driving capability building and performance standards
Partner cross-functionally with operations, commercial, and regional stakeholders to support growth and operational efficiency

Degree in Accounting or Finance with professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent)
At least 8–12 years of experience in finance leadership, including FP&A, reporting, and business partnering
Strong experience working with operational stakeholders in a commercial or service-driven environment
Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and operate in a fast-paced, regional setup
