Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and translate them into scalable infrastructure solutions aligned to both immediate and long-term business needs

• Design and architect end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions across networking, security, compute, storage, virtualization, and backup environments

• Assess existing client infrastructure to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for optimisation and improvement

• Lead technical discussions, prepare solution proposals, and respond to RFPs/tenders with well-structured architecture and recommendations

• Conduct technical presentations, solution walkthroughs, and proof-of-concept demonstrations for clients and internal stakeholders

• Provide technical leadership by reviewing solution designs, ensuring best practices, and supporting smooth handover to delivery teams

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure across areas such as networking, security, servers, storage, virtualization, and backup solutions

• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise infrastructure solutions, ideally within a systems integrator or enterprise environment

• Strong knowledge of technologies such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Dell, HPE, VMware, NetApp or equivalent enterprise platforms

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value
