Responsibilities

• Lead overall site operations covering HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and BMS systems
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure system reliability, uptime, and compliance with statutory and OEM requirements
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis, implementing long-term technical solutions
• Oversee building infrastructure, utilities, and environmental conditions including temperature, ventilation, and air quality
• Manage vendors and contractors across all technical services, ensuring SLA/KPI performance and proper documentation
• Ensure full EHS compliance including permit-to-work, LOTO, confined space, and hot works, with regular audits and drills
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates, reporting, and issue resolution
• Support budgeting, CAPEX tracking, asset lifecycle management, and review of technical quotations and invoices

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or equivalent
• 5–10 years of experience in building operations, HVAC, M&E, or hard services, ideally in commercial environments
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, M&E systems, BMS, fire protection, and maintenance planning
• Proven ability to manage vendors, troubleshoot issues, and operate independently in a fast-paced environment
