Job Description:
  • base up to $3,500 + AWS + PB + Monthly Incentive
  • 5.5days (9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm)

Responsibilities

  • Convert enquiries from WhatsApp, social media, and phone calls into appointments and clinic visits
  • Guide patients through their first visit and consultation process, ensuring a smooth experience
  • Present treatment plans and support case acceptance through clear explanation of procedures and costs
  • Handle financial discussions including payment options and arrangements
  • Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation in the system
  • Maintain tracking sheets and monitor enquiry-to-conversion performance
  • Coordinate follow-up appointments and ensure continuity of care
  • Work closely with dentists and clinic team to support overall patient journey and outcomes

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE “O” Levels or equivalent
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with confidence in handling patients
  • Comfortable with sales, follow-ups, and conversion-driven responsibilities
  • Basic IT proficiency for clinic systems, tracking, and communication tools
