About the Role

Our client, a growing interior design and renovation firm in Singapore, is looking to engage Junior Sales Interior Designers (Freelance) who are passionate about design and client engagement.

This opportunity is open to individuals with no prior experience, including career switchers who are motivated to build a career in interior design and sales.

A structured 3-month buddy system with a nominal allowance will be provided to support onboarding and learning.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and understand client requirements

• Support basic space planning and design conceptualisation

• Assist in preparing mood boards, material boards, and presentations

• Support preparation of quotations based on client needs

• Work closely with senior designers on proposals and client discussions

• Assist in project coordination and liaise with contractors/vendors

• Deliver a positive and professional customer experience

Requirements

• Open to candidates with no prior experience; career switchers are welcome

• Strong interest in interior design, sales, and client interaction

• Good communication skills and willingness to learn

• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment
