Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth
  • Engage clients to understand training needs and propose relevant IT and professional development solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business
  • Drive sales for both public and customised training programmes
  • Handle client enquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Work closely with trainers, operations, and marketing teams to execute training programmes successfully
  • Track sales performance and provide regular updates on pipeline, targets, and forecasts
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging training needs to identify new opportunities

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma with at least 3 years of experience in sales or account management
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a client-facing mindset
  • Proven ability to manage pipeline and achieve sales targets
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
