Solutions Account Manager (up to $4,000 + Comms | B2B Training Sector)
Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth
- Engage clients to understand training needs and propose relevant IT and professional development solutions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business
- Drive sales for both public and customised training programmes
- Handle client enquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Work closely with trainers, operations, and marketing teams to execute training programmes successfully
- Track sales performance and provide regular updates on pipeline, targets, and forecasts
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging training needs to identify new opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma with at least 3 years of experience in sales or account management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a client-facing mindset
- Proven ability to manage pipeline and achieve sales targets
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
