Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training across Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, Copilot, and SharePoint
• Facilitate hands-on sessions to ensure practical application of concepts
• Develop and maintain training materials such as course outlines, presentations, and lab guides
• Align training content with Microsoft updates and vendor standards
• Work with stakeholders to identify training needs and address capability gaps
• Conduct training needs analysis and recommend appropriate learning solutions
• Utilise LMS and virtual platforms for delivery and tracking
• Evaluate training effectiveness and improve content and delivery

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience as an IT Trainer or Technical Instructor
• Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform)
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred / Advantage

• Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), ACLP, or other relevant certifications
• Experience with LMS and e-learning platforms
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Self-driven with strong organisation and time management skills
