Key Responsibilities

Engage with corporate customers to understand their business and IT requirements.

Prepare and present quotations covering hardware, software, and IT services based on customer needs.

Manage customer relationships and address any escalated service or product concerns.

Participate in sales meetings and provide updates on pipeline and account progress.

Work closely with suppliers and product vendors to maintain strong partnerships.

Continuously upgrade product and sales knowledge through training, workshops, and online learning.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Requirements

Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in IT sales, inside sales, or B2B environments.

Candidates from other industries with corporate sales or account management experience are welcome to apply.

Interest in technology products such as servers, PCs, laptops, and software licensing.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Good command of spoken and written English.
